Booking Information

We will design a custom itinerary for you. Once this proposed itinerary and its pricing have been accepted, you will be expected to send us a deposit of 25% (or any other amount as advised by us) in order to confirm the trip and your arrangements. If you book within 90 days of the date of arrival, then a full payment would be required to confirm your trip. Failing to comply with these terms of payment, may result in a cancellation of your trip by us.

A binding agreement between you and us comes into existence upon receipt of the deposit (or full payment if applicable), and by making said payment you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions, on behalf of yourself as well as all the members of your traveling party (including those who may be added/substituted at a later stage).

Amendments

Amendments by You
Once the deposit (or full payment if applicable) is received, services offered as per the confirmed itinerary will be arranged. Should you wish to alter the itinerary after this point, we will make every effort to assist, however, we cannot guarantee that such amendments can be made.

Please ensure to write to us to request any amendments to your booking, verbal requests will not be heeded.

If any member of your party is unavoidably prevented from traveling, we would not object to someone else taking their place. However, please note, some suppliers for e.g., airlines or National Parks consider any change of name on a booking as a cancellation, and as such, a 100% cancellation fee would be chargeable, in addition to the booking fees applicable for the substituted passenger (e.g., their airline tickets).
Amendments by Us
It is unlikely that we will have to make changes to the services confirmed by us, however, we do reserve the right to do so at any point in time. We make these arrangements many months in advance, and occasionally alterations to your tour (e.g., excursions, planned meals, accommodations, or other travel arrangements) may occur, which could be major or minor in nature. We pledge to do our due diligence and advise you at the earliest in the event we make amendments to your services.

Cancellations

Cancellations are effective from the day they are received by us in writing, verbal requests will not be accepted.

Costs are incurred from the moment your booking is confirmed. As such, the cancellation charges payable to us would be dependent on how many days prior to arrival the cancelation request is received. The relevant cancellation charges are detailed below:

In circumstances where travel arrangements are curtailed or amended after departure due to Force Majeure, we will endeavor to do our best to recover and refund to you as much as reasonably possible.

*In the event, we have purchased internal airline tickets on your behalf, its applicable cancellations fees would be deducted from the refund remitted to you.

*In the event your itinerary includes game runs/safaris at a National Park, once booked, these are 100% nonrefundable, and cancellation, even prior to 90 days, would be applicable.

*If your trip takes place during the peak winter period (October – March), certain hotels may require a deposit on confirmation/in order to confirm your reservations. If this is the case, then cancellation fees as per their policies, even prior to 90 days, would be applicable.

*There is a non-refundable GST of 5% imposed on all inward remittances, and as such, this sum will be deducted from the deposit (or full payment if applicable) received before the refund is initiated.

Force Majeure

We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations with you is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of “force majeure”. In these booking conditions, “Force Majeure” means any event or circumstances which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events or circumstances are likely to include but are not limited to, (actual or threatened) war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, technical problems with transport, machinery or equipment, power failure, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood, drought, adverse weather conditions (including snow or lack thereof) and level of water in rivers, lakes, and reservoirs.

Write to us! To begin, we require how many days you have at your disposal to travel, when you plan on traveling, and any places of interests you would like included in your trip, if any.

Based on your requirements, we will curate a bespoke itinerary for you, and once approved, we will work the pricing – you will not be charged for this service. Once the costs for your trip are approved, we will send you a deposit invoice. Then, you sit back and relax while we confirm all arrangements.
